In light of current events, we are constantly keeping track of the latest news, and we are following advices from Governments and Health Authorities. We will remain operational, and we will do our utmost to deliver and to promote a safe and healthy means of transportation. However, we are doing our very best to ensure our staff and our riders’ safety. Therefore, the following measures have been taken.

EUROPE
Adjusted opening times in the Amsterdam showroom
Watching the situation develop and following the advice of the Dutch government, we are reopening our showroom in Amsterdam with adjusted opening times. In line with the suggestions of the authorities, we introduced a home-office policy in order to take precautions regarding the health of our employees. However, from Monday-Friday we will have one employee present to ensure orders can be fulfilled and customers with questions and test-rides can be assisted properly. Furthermore, extra hygiene precautions have been implemented to ensure a safe shopping experience for our customers.
AUSTRALIA
Our Melbourne and Sydney stores remain open
Based on the current status in Australia, our Melbourne and Sydney stores will remain open. Extra precautions have been taken regarding the health of our employees and customers. This way we keep on providing you with a quality service, processing your orders, and keeping the LEKKER experience running as best as possible. Our website stays up and running as well!
We’ve increased the level of hygiene in our stores. Our staff was provided with hand-sanitizers as well as with instructions to disinfect all bikes before and after use. All surfaces will be disinfected regularly by our staff as well, this way we can keep the test rides and consultations going safely.
Additionally, we urge you to keep the recommended distance of 1.5m from each other and avoid all physical contact. We are trying our best to minimize the spread of the virus, but we all need to act responsibly. Our webstores are up and running as usual, so it is recommended to consider opting for our home-delivery services if possible. Moreover, when visiting our stores we kindly ask you to follow the advice given by our staff, who have been instructed in accordance with the governemnts’ guidelines.
We encourage everyone to try and stay safe and if you leave your home, consider riding your bike. It not just minimizes chances of an infection but improves your physical health, can help you clear your mind and gives you that energy boost we all can use right now – so keep on riding! :)
